All clothing items are made-to-order. Please allow 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing and production before your order ships. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping times are determined by the carrier (USPS/UPS) and may vary depending on your location. Please allow additional time during holidays or high-volume seasons.

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Seventeen Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
